[va-bird] Bald Eagle

I went outside to take out the trash today, and Wow!  There was an adult
Bald Eagle in my neighbor's yard!  It's unfortunate that it was such a gray,
foggy, dingy day...the pictures aren't very colorful.  Click on the link
