[va-bird] Backyard Brown Thrashers - Arlington

This morning saw two Thrashers thrashing about in the prematurely-fallen
leaves in our back yard that we owe to but 0.01 inches of rain so far in
September. Also, yesterday (Friday) evening I noted a tremendous amount of
Chimney
Swift action in the Arlington skies - looks like the Fall roundup. Finally,
after a quieter stretch, the Catbirds are making quite a racket which I also
take as a prelude to migration. Cheers,
