On this very rainy day I stopped at the Roanoke Sewage Treatment Plant around noon and saw two BLACK TERNS along with a few shorebirds. Feeding among several KILLDEER were 3 SEMI-PALMATED PLOVERS, a LESSER YELLOWLEGS and several peeps. Mike Purdy Roanoke
