[va-bird] Any Razorbills this week?

Has anyone seen the Razorbills at Ft. Story in Virginia Beach or heard =
about any on the Outer Banks of North Carolina?=20

I spent from 4 to 5:30 PM at Fort Story yesterday and did not see any. I =
have checked with the North Carolina Hotline but the report today was from =
Jan23rd and not up to date.
