Hello everyone,
I went to the Amherst Lakes this afternoon2-25-07 to see what the
storm had brought in. At Mill Creek Lake there were:
Wood Duck-75 mostly males
Am Wigeon- 24
Pintail- 24
Lesser Scaup-28
At Thrashers Lake:
Pintail- 34 flew in and landed
Wood Duck-25
Lesser Scaup-5
At a small pond over the hill going to Stonehouse Lake there has been
Canvassback-1male
Redhead- 4 male 9 female
since Feb. 17th.
Tomorrow might be a good day to check out the lakes in the mor-
ning. I have to work. I might get out there after 3:30.
