[va-bird] Amherst Co. Lakes

Hello all,
   I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving. I am sorry for this 
late 
posting but I went out of town and got back last night.I visited Mill Creek 
Lake last week
as I was on vacation from work. At Mill Creek I had :
   Shoveler- 1M 4F
   Bonapart's Gull-25
   Bufflehead- 4M 7F
   Am WIgeon- 2M 1F
   Coot-21
   Ruddy Duck- 75
   Bald Eagle- 2 adults
  * Horned Grebe-5
   *Red Breasted Merganser-65
   *Common Loons-23
   *Long-tailed Duck-1M
   *Scaup Sp.-6M1F
   
 * = Thanksgiving Day - birds left by 11:30 AM

Nothing at the other 2 lakes.
