[va-bird] Addendum - Pelagic trip off Virginia Beach 27 November

I neglected to include 25 or so Red Phalaropes to the last posting on the 
pelagic trip - these were a bit more distant and jumpy than the other birds 
seen, 
but they're important to mention, a species not observed very often in 
Virginia, though present in early spring and late fall/winter every year.
