The Rufous hummingbird in the Ripley Garden has been seen twice this
morning already: once between 8:15 and 8:20 by Holly Laffoon, and again by
myself at 8:30. When I saw her, she was perched contentedly in the small
deciduous Viburnum bush behind the feeder. The heat lamp continues to keep
the feeder thawed, so all is well in hum-land.
