Tagged along on the bird walk at Huntley Meadows (Fairfax Co) this morning -
haven't seen a list posted yet, but highlight of the walk for me was seeing 2
AMERICAN BITTERNS working the edge of the marsh grass in the main pond area.
Another birder had reported seeing them there last nite as well...
