Hello VA Birders,
I had an enjoyable hour of birding this morning (7:00-8:00) between Reedy
Creek and 42nd. It was raining very lightly. Many migrants were present. A
short list of the highlights follows.

Winter Wren - 1 singing
Pine Warbler - 1
Ovenbird - 1 singing
Common Yellowthroat - 1
Yellow Rumped Warbler - c.60
"Yellow" Palm Warbler  - 2
American Redstart - 1 male
Northern Parula - 1
Gray Catbird - 1 (my first this spring)
Brown Thrasher - 3
Blue Gray Gnatcatcher - 5
Ruby Crowned Kinglet - 4
Chimney Swift - c.250
Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker -1
White-Throated Sparrow - c.20
Bonaparte's Gull - c.40
Junco - 1
Bald Eagle - 1 Ad.
