[va-bird] 3 merg morning

Birder folk,

This morning at Lake Orange, Rosemarie and I saw 4 Common Mergansers, 2 
Red-breasted Mergansers and 3 Hooded Mergansers.

Grasty Road in Orange County had a big flock of blackbirds: Redwings, 
Grackles and Rusty.  Unable to pick out any Brewer's but they have been 
seen in the flock before.

In the yard, we had 200+ birds, including 15+ Red Fox Sparrows.  Their 
presence has not gone unnoticed by the Sharp-shinned Hawk.
