I just got a note from Clark Hill. He and Stephanie were at Carvins Cove
Reservoir in Botetourt County this past Sunday and saw 20 Horned Grebes. On
Saturday at Greenfield in Botetourt they observed their first of the season
Gray
Catbird. They also came upon a baby painted turtle moving through the grass
that was "the size of a quarter".
