Larry Lynch, Lauren Scott, Greg Moser, and myself - with briefer
appearancesby Darrell Peterson and Arun Bose - birded the 42nd St. section
ofJRP from about 7-10:30 this am. Migration continues, especially for
warblers ( altho there was also a goodly # of Scarlet Tanagers ), with
"best"birds being a Tennessee found by Larry before the rest of us arrived,
and then glimpsed briefly again, and a Wilson's, heard by Lauren, and then
well-seen by the rest of us. Among migrants there were a good number of
Canada and Magnolia warblers; others seen and/or heard were: Parula,
Redstart, Common Yellowthroat, Yellow-throated, Yellow, Prothonotory,
Northern and LA Waterthrushes, Blackburnian, Yellow-rump ( just two ),
