<USS Lovisa> Paws On The Ground: Part 1

As we all rematerialized on the surface outside of the village, I asked Santhy, 
"Will you lead the way, ma'am?"
   
  She replied, "Certainly... where do you need to go?  My home is that way."  
She made a vague gesture that covered a fairly large area of ground.
   
  I responded to her by saying, "I am supposed to find our Security Chief, she 
is in the village itself, in the school, Ma'am."
   
  At this point in our conversation, another member of the delegation, a woman 
by the name of Eve, spoke.  "I am going that way, Ensign.  I will walk with 
you.  Let Santhy get home and off her feet; at her stage of pregnancy, too much 
standing will make her ankles swell terribly."
   
  I spoke once again to Santhy, "May you be well, ma'am."
   
  I watched for a moment as Santhy walked toward her home; then I turned around 
and followed Eve as she began to walk toward the village.
   
  I suddenly remembered that I was to notify my fellow Sivaoan of her orders to 
return to the ship immediately and commed her.  "MoonshadowsToNEN, this is 
StarseekerToNEN; what is your location, please?"
   
  Moonshadows responded, "I am on the path near the schoolhouse, 
StarseekerToNEN."
   
  ""We are just entering the village, Moonshadows; stay where you are, please, 
I will be with you shortly.  StarseekerToNEN out."
   
  Eve and I entered the village itself.  She quietly remarked, "there is not 
much here for sightseers, I'm afraid.  Just watch out for airborne children; 
they're getting out of school for the day."
   
  Astonished beyond comprehesnsion, i replied, "Airborne children?  Whatever do 
you mean, Eve?"
