SIM NOTES:

    Ummm, yeah.  I have been lax here.  I did have all the logs formatted, jut didn't send out the sim logs. So you will be getting all of last month's sim logs, and then this month's (I hope).

Stardate: supplemental

    With the new leader of Tronng established, a request is made to Command to send out a team to start official talks with the people of Tronng.  Rayne opens a channel to the Vastar fleet and informs them the world is not under Starfleet's protection.  When more ships are detected, enroute, and it is deduced that it was too soon for the Vastar fleet to relay the new "stand" to their homeworld, Rayne has the message transmitted directly to the homeworld.  As expected, the response is not a pleasant one.
