Ah apologahse fr my own abrupt departure last nahght.  The computer Ah was using decahded to have a nervous break-down.  Ah am happy to report that as of this email, Ah am back on mah normal machine.

For anyone wishing to do logs, especially those of you on the away team, there will be enough tahme betwen this week and next to complete preliminary investigations into the mission.  Next week wil start up with a breifing to figure out exactly what is going on.  So Ah want answers.  (which there won't be a lot of)  Anyone wishing to explore the story further, contact me and Ah will tell you what your character has found for the briefing.

Also, you will se the posts bah Captain Archer of the Patriot.  Again, this is a story we will be getting involved in, so enjoy his logs, Ah know Ah am.

Sim recap

Upon returning to the Spaculaan sector, the our heroes try and make contact with the ship which has been keeping a Federation presence in the sector, the USS McKinley.  The ship, however does not respond to hails.  The Eagle  is soon intercepted by Spacula One which is none too happy because the McKinley failed to provide escort for a supply ship which also has turned up missing.

The Eagle goes in search of their sister-ship, and finds her adrift.  An away tteam, led by acting XO, Lt. Marqusa, beams over to find the ship functional but empty.
