<USS Eagle> "Just thinking"

 
   Josie had seen the new Counselor around the ship. It made her wonder if he 
would be doing shipwide psych evaluations. She knew he was only a temp 
Counselor but it was part of his job. She also knew he had more pressing 
matters. Dr. Melody's second breakdown. Poor kid, Josie thought, it kinda 
reminded Josie about when she first got her powers, every thing that had 
happened after that, the death of her own family. Joise wondered why she 
herself hadn't had a breakdown. Joise had to laugh to herself, wondering if 
this counselor would think she was a nuts as previous Counselors had. Counselor 
Rose and her hadn't really had a sit down together, so Josie didn't know what 
she had thought. 
   Josie remembered the first time she tapped into the Starfleet computer at 
Starfleet Command. The counselor had written that she was delusional because 
she claimed to be a superhero from an alternate dimention, and might have a 
split personality because she often talked to herself. That counselor had 
changed his tune when she showed him every thing she had claimed she could do. 
The counselor at Starfleet command had sealed her records but she knew he still 
listed her as delusional because he still didn't believe she was from a 
dimention populated by "super beings". The counselor had gone through a long 
list of comic book heros, legendary heros, some stuff he must have made up 
because he didn't believe Josie. It helped Josie narrow down which dimention 
she was from tho. Starfleet Command's counselor had recinded on the split 
personality when he talked to MAX. That was a fun session because MAX really 
ticked the counselor off. He stalked out of the room when Josie pointed out
  he was
 arguing with a computer program. Josie shrugged as she sipped her tea and sat 
back to watch a set of movies that a friend at the academy had found. An entire 
collection of old "Superhero" movies from this Earth's 1980's to 2010's.Some 
were live action movies and some were animated television series.
