[USS Athena] Assessment

*     Jazmine had just chimed Jada's office when the Ops report about the
Rihannsu shuttle was relayed to her.  She was certain that Ronov could
handle the situation.  She was debating about whether she should head up to
the bridge or not, when Jada's response to enter came.  It would be kind of
rude to at least not stop and give a reason for leaving so soon.  It wasn't
like it was a red alert or an emergency yet.  So, she stepped into the
counselor's office.*
*     "Captain."  Jada said surprised when she looked up at the person
entering.  "I would have thought you would be headed to the bridge when the
yellow alert sounded."*
*     "Well, I had already chimed your door when I got the report.  It's
nothing that I needed to rush to, so I figured there was no reason to be
rude."  Jazmine had only walked part way into the office.  She wasn't
planning on staying all that long.*
*     "I thank you for that.  So, what is going on and what do I owe the
pleasure of the visit?"*
*     "Well, apparently there was a distress call from a Rihannsu repair
shuttle, quite a distance from the colony.  I will be heading to the bridge
shortly to find out what else t hey have found."*
*     "Well, that should be interesting.  Mind if I accompany you Captain?
Maybe we could discuss what you needed on the way there."  Jada stood up and
headed over to the Captain.*
*     "Sure, we can discuss it in the turbo lift.  It's about the Starzen."
She turned and headed out the door to the turbo lift, filling the Counselor
in on her current dilemma.*
*     "I have a feeling that you're right Captain.  I don't see them as
being willing to compromise.  Especially not on this issue.  I have actually
done some research, with the help of Lt. ch'Ren.  They are known to be a
very benevolent race.  However, to them, rules are rules.  They are not
meant to be broken, nor bent for any reason."*
*    "That can be very short sighted, but it is understandable.  It was also
my gut feelings about them.  I do have a lot of respect for them, and what
they are trying to do.*
*     "Thank you Jada."  Jazzy stepped off the turbo lift on to the bridge,*
*"Report."*
