I disagree with you over the movie. Good animators arent too expensive. And 
even if they are, theres always some excellent talent that needs more money. 
Just look at all the "bottom shelf" comics and cartoons that have great art. 
Those artists would work cheap just for the exposer. As for actors, its not 
like they have to higher Harrison Ford or anything. Most anime and cartoons, 
you cant tell WHO is the voice.
Just higher some of the people who do video game voices. They should be 
cheap. Or you could higher some less well-known actors. Theres lots of 
talented ones that would be happy just to get a paying gig. If they get 
greedy, theres more where they came from, and you dont have to totally redo 
the movie, just some dialog. With all the new revenue generated by 
rereleasing the DVDs, they could do it if they use their heads
