Dear TV Freelancer,
 
From time to time we come across a web resource which we feel it's worth
telling our members about. One such resource exists on the Inland
Revenue web site, and it's a document which lays out specific guidance
for payment/tax practices for the film and TV industry. It also has an
appendix which contains a useful list of the grades which are accepted
as self-employed - a common source of problems. Here's the link:
