[UK TV Freelancers] Holiday pay and 48-hour opt-out

Dear TV Freelancer,
We'd like to give PACT some further general information to back up the
submission of your reports (which we are passing on this weekend).
We'd like to compile an up-to-date list of companies who either:
1. deduct holiday pay from within your rate, or
2. include the 48-hour opt-out as a clause in your contract, and
3. don't keep records of your working hours if you have opted out.
We realise there may be a lot of them! Just drop us a one-liner this weekend
detailing who does what - and make sure it's current. The more the merrier.
