When you did the install Steve, I assume you did the custom install and 
turned off all of the FastSite and SmartCenter garbage,

Can you provide the time stamp on this dll (located in C:\lotus\compnent) 
on your system, mine is 3/27/2000  and is 224KB

I haven't had any issues with it either.  I use it everyday.

Oddly enough, I've been running Approach and Lotus 123 without issue at 
all on the 64 bit platform. 

I suppose now that I mentioned this, everything will start crashing.

At an increasing rate, I have been having problems getting Approach to 
load up.  It errors out, but the error is behind the splash screen.  If I 
keep retrying, it eventually loads up, and all is well.
