Neighbors of Clifton Heights University Heights and Fairview:

This is a friendly reminder about the upcoming CUF meeting on June 16th at the 
Deaconess Hospital lower level (311 Straight Street).  
Officer Lisa Johnson will be giving a talk on Personal Safety and the 
Neighborhood Watch Program at 7 pm before the meeting starts, so please mark 
your calendars if you are interested because this is AN EARLIER START TIME.

The General Meeting will be held at 7:30 pm.  We have guest speakers from the 
City's Department of Transportation talking about the MLK/Hopple/I-75 
interchange and plans.

Elections will happen at our July 21st meeting for the 2009-2010 year.

I wanted to let you know that lifelong CUF resident Dan Ausdenmoore
(2529 Luna St) passed away. Dan was a local general contractor and realty 
owner/investor. He owned several properties here in the area, Luna St, 
Chicasaw, Middleton, and maybe more.  Dan was the 48 yr old son of Dr. Robert 
W. and Mrs LaVerne Ausdenmoore, also previous CUF residents. He leaves his wife 
Rhonda and 3 children -approx ages- Dan 21, David 18, and Nicole 15.

Dan was a wonderful and loving friend and neighbor. He will be greatly missed.

CUF membership 
Any person subscribing to the purpose of the CUF Neighborhood Association, Inc. 
and paying dues set by the Association may become a member. Election of 
Trustees is held at the annual meeting in July. Eligible voters are residents 
of the community who are at least 18 years of age and who are fully paid 
members of the Association and who have at¬tended three general meetings after 
payment of dues during the year prior to the annual meeting. Non-res¬ident 
members have voice but no vote in Association meetings and may not hold 
elective office. Annual CUF dues are $6.00.

3rd Tuesday of each month, except August and De¬cember, 7:30 pm, Deaconess 
Hospital Cafeteria, 311 Straight Street
CUF Trustee meetings:
