[uae] Preview of WinUAE 1.4.6

Hi Rich,
as I read the preview of WinUAE 1.4.6, I found the following point on
the list:
"Input device (USB joystick, mouse etc..) on the fly insertions and
removals supported. Device names saved to configuration file"
I'll be happy to see this feature in E-UAE too
