[uae] OS X configuration editor updated

Hi-Toro 0.3.8 is available for download. Changes in this update:
- Text fields for ROM, floppy, hardfile, and default paths now accept
drag and drop of files from the Finder.
- Various internal optimisations and improvements to error handling.
- Added a “Hide” button to the E-UAE controls panel.
Known bugs:
Some users have reported that in OS X 10.4.4 and 10.4.5, Hi-Toro
fails to launch and returns Applescript error -1708. This issue is
unresolved and I have been unable to reproduce it. Possibly caused by
a broken Applescript API on some Macs.
