[uae] OS X configuration editor updated


Hi-Toro 0.4.1 is available for download. Changes in this update:

- Updated RTG RAM slider to allow the E-UAE supported maximum of 32MB.
- Removed the “Host RAM” indicator due to performance and stability issues;
replaced with a text field showing the total physical RAM of the host system.
