Where did you put the CAPSImage.framework bundle? It needs to go in / Library/Frameworks/ or ~/Library/Frameworks/.
If you put it somewhere else you'll need to add the path to the environment variable DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH (see man dyld for more info).
