Testers,
I just received an e-mail from a teacher who teaches around 20 students with 7 computers in their lab. She notices that some students don't finish a lesson before pressing double F2, to go to the next lesson. She wanted some way of preventing that.

So, what about a user preference, where F2 won't advance to the next lesson, unless the last task in the prior lesson has been completed?

Of course, a smart student can always use the F3, or F4 dialogs to get around that. But what we're talking about here is students who just use the easy double F2, to skip doing their lessons.
I haven't thought this through completely yet. Just soliciting opinions.
Thanks,
David

No, it's very good as far as I can tell.

Thank you.

Testers,
I've implemented the demo countdown. Now, aside from the MAGic speech
rate
problem in dialogs, is there anything else in TypeAbility that is not
working as expected or desired?
Thanks,
David

Brian,
OK. I'll announce that info after the student signs in.

Hi David

Certainly with JAWS V9 running, I was able to start the program I
think
15 times and then it timed out which is fine. However, it would be
helpful if TypeAbility advised you how many times you had started the
program so you knew whether you were coming near to the end of your
demo
time or not.
