I did notice that when I selected the bins for compare, it did not play out 
like I thought it would. The resulting dialog was not populated with the file 
names I had chosen. It was populated some how, but I don't have it with me at 
the moment to try out.

Mark,

I think the use of the compare and diff features are more clunky than previous.
Also the "enable" checkbox for compare bins are unnecessary IMO. 
I would rather more than 4 compare bins. On the "compare bins" it's difficult 
to read the full names in that dialog box.
Those are a start.
