I've uploaded a file to the TSSG wiki with the screen shots of the Music 
Library pages, and also attached a pdf version to this email.  I've changed the 
layout of the pages based on our meeting discussion (they're still preliminary 
- need some design work).

  We had a good meeting yesterday where Ron Smith showed off the progress made 
on the first two users stories (0 and 24).  That brought up several questions 
for which we need feedback from you.  We are trying to get you some screen 
shots to look at, but if my memory is correct, in the the first web page view, 
Ron is showing 3 fields from the Music Library table (Catalog Number, Title, 
and Style).  The fields are displayed horizontally across the screen, the 
records vertically down the screen (there are less than 10 manually entered 
test records).  If you left click on the Title, you get a view of all the 
fields for that particular Title, displayed horizontally across the page (so 
you have to scroll to the right to look at all the fields).  Some of our 
questions are:

    a.. Are these the type of views you want (view a few fields from the table, 
then select a record to view all the fields for that record)? 
    b.. If not, what type of views would you like to see in its place (many 
questions below apply to this one also)?  If so... 
    c.. What fields would you like to display on the first (Library) view? 
    d.. How many records would you like displayed on a page (all of them 
w/scroll, xx per page, only titles beginning with A, or A-D, etc.)? 
    e.. What fields would you like to sort on? 
    f.. Would you like a horizontal or vertical view for an individual record? 
    g.. Do you need custom search capability beyond sorting by a single field 
(i.e. show me all Nestico and Hefti arrangements that are vocal selections)
  A few other questions came up that we could also use feedback on (not 
directly related to user story 24):
    a.. What scale is used for proficiency?  Is it the same 1-6 scale as used 
to grade the difficulty of the music or something different?  If different, 
please define. 
    b.. If we can/do provide musicians with the ability to download a PDF of 
their part to a particular piece of music, will it be just their part (i.e. 
Trumpet 1), or a PDF of all the parts, from which they would print only their 
part? 
  It would be great if you could provide feedback prior to our next meeting on 
04/11/2012.  Let me know if you have any questions or anything is unclear.
