[tssg-tech] Re: Event Boss running in Kindle Fire Emulator

Ken,
Final found time to go to Eclipse -> WINDOWS
Android SDK Manager and added API 8 - Install only Android 2.2 SDK API 8.

Then added a new Emulator - TSSG_API_8  - with AVD Manager target API 8

I went back and reset Manifest & Project properties to 8.
I did set Automatic to API 8

Then went to RUN Configurations and target TSSG_API_8 then run.

hi Lee -
That's good that you made progress on this, but I'm still not getting anything to run on the PC.  Was all of your work done on the Mac?

There is one thing that is definitely different in what I'm seeing compared to your message - you said that you modified "project.properties", or at least referenced that file.  I do not have that file, although I have a "default.properties" that does have that line "target=android-15", or at least I set it to that. I'm wondering if I'm missing a file there that might have other contents that would affect the results that I get when I try to build?

Anyway - maybe we'll get somewhere with it (in my environment) soon, if you were able to get a build?

Thanks,
Ken
