Hello everyone,
A reminder that we have a meeting tomorrow, Monday, Oct 7th, 2016 at 7
PM at the West Charleston Church of the Brethren.
Note: I will not be present since it is the night of the monthly Bethel
Board of Education meeting.
Topics include:
1. Planning for next weekends campout.
2. Reminders for upcoming activities - see table below. The entries
are from last weeks Scout meeting where I asked the Scouts "Who were
planning on attending the Oct & Dec campouts?". (I did not ask
about the other two activities.)
3. Advancement note for parents and Scouts: Oct and Nov camping
activities are the last planned activities for the completion of
advancement requirements before the final Court-of-Honor this year.
Everyone should review their advancement status.
4. Sub making - who will be attending?
Please update the table below at the Monday night meeting, rather than
sending a large number of emails - Thanks.
