They sell food and snacks: bagels, donuts, candy, snack bars, coffee, juice,

MBTD counselor for sign off. · Each Scout also needs to bring a NOTEBOOK
with at least a few sheets of blank paper and a pen/pencil. o The Merit Badge
Counselors will give each Scout their contact info. o Each Scouts NEEDS TO
WRITE THAT DOWN and keep that forever. § It is way easier to contact a Merit
Badge Counselor after the fact if the Scout has the contact info. We can look
that up later if we have to, but this will save time and puts the
responsibility on the Scout. Please try to be on time – we will leave as soon
as everyone arrives. The adults stay in the cafeteria while the Scouts are in
classes, and there is limited seating, thus we want to get there so we don’t
have to stand for 4 hours. We need more drivers. We need to haul 17 Scouts
total. Drivers so far: · Cyndi Colby (cell: 937.902.9490) – can haul 4
Scouts total · Jennifer Doyle (cell: 937.620.2106) – can haul 4 Scouts
total So we need capacity for 9 more Scouts. Please email the list server if
you can drive, and how many Scouts you are taking. Jennifer’s info. on the
blue cards/handouts, and reminding parents to talk with their Scouts so they

EXTERNAL EMAIL -- This message originates from outside of Engility. Hello Troop
286 Last night at the meeting, each Scout looked over the schedule for the
Merit Badge Trail Drive (which begins Feb 11th) and checked out their
prerequisites. Many scouts didn't know what that word even meant! So if you
would, *****please take a few minutes to talk to your scout***** to make sure
they are doing what they must to prepare for this activity. Some families
decided to sign out their MB pamphlets last night. Others wanted to wait. I
will have the rest of the books out at next week's meeting and again on the
morning of the 11th. We also filled out our blue cards. I will hand back their
schedules and blue cards with any pamphlets not yet signed out the morning of
the 11th. We will get transportation details out to the troop soon. Keep your
