Ah! My bad! I assumed XP as the OS. I will see if I can find a machine
with 98SE and try to help further.

I can't duplicate your instructions in Windows 98SE, Victor. That is
what Juanita is using, 98SE.

It works in 2K, though.

Hi Juanita!

I have experienced that too. The easiest thing to do is to open the
folder you want to browse all by itself (without the left frame of
drives, etc.). Here is how I solved the problem:

1. Click (or double-click) "My Computer" on the desktop
2. Choose the drive where your picture folder is, then navigate to the
folder itself 3. On the left side you will see an area labeled
"Details". If you click on a file (or run your mouse over the picture
file name) it should show the thumbnail of the picture. If it does not,
click on the small arrow on the upper right corner of the "Details" box;
now try again. For some reason, that "Details" box gets collapsed
sometime.

Did that help?

When you go to your picture file. You are suppose to be able to see a
small image of the pic you click on, in the left side of that folder. My
was trhat way until about 2 days ago. Not anymore. The screen they are
on is filled with folders. This is not the first time it has changed
seemly on it's own. I know there is a setting somewhere to change this.
I tried all the things on view. None made it where I can the images
when I click on them

Hope someone knows how to fix this.
