Are you actually getting 20-22kbps when downloading files? Try downloading
a 1mb file (or thereabouts - I suggest http://www.completelyfreesoftware.com -
you'll find something there you want!). When the dialog box pops up (you know,
the one that "Saving Location" or whatever), check and see how fast it says it's
going. If it's saying 20-22kbps, you've got an awsome connection! I've got a 56k
and I only get about 5.5kbps.
