[tri-wings] Re: yoga class

I am sorry that you had a rough night at the yoga class. It is
understandablysuch a difficult time for you. I am glad to hear that you have
such an supportive friend. I wish I had some words of advice.  I think it is
good to stay busy, and especially with physical activity. It is science that
the chem release during exercise (endorphins?) make you feel better. I think
I might try this myself! 

I think it is theraputic to talk about things if it makes you feel better.
Sometimes I write to someone and rattle on and tell them it's ok, you don't
need to read this or respond! 

If sharing something with us makes yo feel better, then I think that is
great; that's what this is all about

Gosh I write a lot. Feel free to groan and delete my posts since they are
awfully prolific.
   Last night I tried to go to a yoga class. On the way there I realised
thatif my pregnancy had gone normally I would be massively pregnant still
anddefinitely not off to an intermediate yoga class. Then the topic of the
class (the instructor does a little talk about a yoga-ish idea at the
beginning of the class) was building on the accomplishments of the people
whohave gone before us, and walking into the future on our own. I was
definitely unready and unprepared for that. I cried and had to get my friend
to take me home. I wonder if it gets a bit less intense as time goes on..so
that I don't get teary at every diaper commercial that comes on telly.
