Megan,
I'm sorry to hear of your sad news. That happened to my nephew in Colorado.
His big dog dug a hole and the puppy crawled under the fence. They didn't find
her. Then the same week the big dog got out and was also hit by a car and
killed. He now has added 3 dogs to his family. I think of the story of the poor
family that only had one cow that died. They asked God why would you take our
only cow..and he said because I spared your wife. Guess we'll never know the
big picture till we can look back at it all. Sending comfort and prayers.
Our pets have a special place in our hearts and our families. There's a web
site to put a tribute to your pet and a neat poem called"Rainbow Bridge". When
our 2nd dog went to heaven, we went up to pick him up for a little service.
When we got home I noticed something pritty amazing(or not)He was wrapped in a
comforter I had given to the Goodwill some mos. before. I recognized it from
some black thread on a blue material and my not so neat stitching. Lots is life
just are how they're suppose to be.
Love, LouAnn
