A hard day to face, but I'm really proud of you for doing it.  I'm  
glad that you got to talk to a few people.  I'm sure that was even  
painful, but somehow helped.  Cheryl has been going on the "walk" in  
Des Moines for the last 3 years.  I guess I haven't talked to her too  
much afterward.  I should.  She had invited me to join her, but  
walking has been so hard that I declined.  Maybe next time, I'll be  
ready to give it a try.
