Lesa, I dont know about the vitamin A content in the pills but I'm sure that
they wouldnt be allowed to sell stuff that was really harmful.I know over here
preggos are told not to eat liver because of the Vit A content but saying that
my mum always adds that she ate it when pregnant with the three of us and no
obvious side effects.
The lists arent here to dish out medical advice but my own personal opinion
would be that maybe they are just being extra cautious.I took folic acid with
both of my miscarriages but didnt with my two surviving kids...so needless to
say I aint over excited about pre natal vitamins...but this is me personally...
I'm sorry that you now have this extra worry ....try not to let it get you too
stressed ....
