I think its wonderful that you and your husband are going out alone.  It may
be just what you need.  And a massage too.  It does help with depression and
it should help your headaches and the stress level.  Another thing that may
help is accupuncture.  I tried it last year and I felt terrific.  A friend
of mine suffers from migraines and she swears by accupuncture.  In any
event, its a great way to unwind and pamper yourself.  Enjoy.

well, I have survived another milestone - 6 month anniversary - while it was
a sad day I had plenty of time alone.
I have recently started having some real bad headaches, they hit everyday
about mid afternoon and nothing seems to help them go away. I'm not sure if
this is a side effect of the increase on my antidepressants or just stress.
Renae is slowly getting better - yesterday she stayed in the green all
day!!! we should be getting the results of her CT scan any day now.
I think dh is starting to understand a little more of how stressful it is to
take care of Renae when she is sick. and the struggles I am having with the
daycare.  He agrees that we need some time alone, so my mom is going to
babysit either Tuesday or Wednesday night and dh and I are going out to
dinner and a movie!!! I can't wait!! I want so desperately to have some time
alone to talk, right now we only really talk on the phone, thats the only
time we have with no little ones running into the room.
I also scheduled a massage for next Saturday - they say that is supposed to
help with the depression also. I have never had one before so we'll see if I
like it or not. DH was glad to hear I am doing something for myself - he
didn't even ask what this is going to cost. He truly is an amazing guy. I am
so fortunate to have him.

I think thats about all thats happening here.
