nadine,
have you thought of going to a counsellor or to a group for grieving
parents? everyone has different needs, but darrell and i both found our
group fantastic. darrell got to hear other men talk about how they felt,
how they dealt with (or avoided dealing with) loss, etc. we got to talk to
other people who really understood how we felt about whatever we needed to
talk about. the friends we made there are like the ones here at trisomy on
line-life changing, life-enhancing, truly warm, genuine people. tyler has
brought us so many new friends both during his life and in his absence that
we would be lost without.
i hope you work through this. everyone grieves differently and it is
sometimes hard to understand.
