It just breaks my heart to hear you hurt so bad. I wish there was a
band-aid or pill or something to make it all better, but we all know
that that is impossible. Your feelings are not out of the ordinary
for the emotional trauma that you have faced - it doesn't even seem
right to say "ordinary", or "normal" or "common" in connection with
this. It is not any of these things to lose a child and it is like
going on untrampled ground for each person that experiences it because
we all are unique and complex. I have no advice to try to make you
feel better and I don't believe any one thing is going to do that.
Hearing things that others have done may help and you can pick and
choose what works for you, hopefully one day you will be able to smile
again with that beautiful sparkle in your eyes.
