susan,
i really admire you for making it through and passing your class. i know it
wasn't easy.
i just had a similar experience. i needed to do a recert class for my new
job. halfway to the class in orangeville (from elora) i knew i was in
troubloe . my co worke was driving with me. she talked me through some of
it. she had lost a sister and had a good idea how i felt. when we got to
the class, they were asking has anyone ever performed cpr, called 911....
i did bolt but managed to do it fairly casually. i really hate to cry in
front of 15 people i have never met. thank god i work at a non profit
organization with a values and ethics statement that makes them promise to
be nice to their employees and help them cope with or even avoid trauma.
they are willing to appeal for a ministry level cpr exemption for me if i
want
take care,
