This would have been my choice.  But it didn't work that way, and Dick
wouldn't even think about cleaning or fixing until it was empty.  And we
have an old house that need fixing.  Not very many houses in our town of
2000 have sold over the winter.  They ARE starting to sell now, though.
His choice is to just tear it down.  I don't think that will help anything.
