Karen,
So good to see you back on list.  Good work with your plantar  
fascititis!  The ortho just said last week that there is NO cure -  
just management - except for surgery.  I've had the injections, which  
have seemed to work very well, thank goodness.  It is just the rest  
of my feet that are giving me problems these days.  And after 5  
surgeries, I'm not done yet.

Glad to hear your mom and your sister are managing a little better.   
And I hope Alex gets back into a routine that puts him back on  
track.  It is just SO good to see your name pop up!  : - )
