[tri-wings] Re: [tri-family] Feeling down

Dear Mary,
There are those days/weeks/hours/minutes and your grief is still so raw be
kind to yourself and give yourself time to grieve. Have you thought about
seeing a grief counsellor? It helped me enormously I cried buckets and it's
OK and they don't tell you to just get over it. Crying is a natural part of
the grief process and grief is just that a process it might be good to take
Hannah to see someone too just tell her it's someone she can talk about
stuff, she may not know how to process her feelings of grief and loss over
Richard and that's why she reacted the way she did. How's Richard Snr
going? they don't talk much but they hurt too......
Have you thought about just going away for a while as a family? It helped
us so much....just a few days nothing fancy (Jen was 3 at the time) I think
we went up north and just went for walks, ate ice-cream and 'tried' to be
normal for a while it was great to get some fresh air!!!

Don't worry about the world coming to an end tomorrow it's already tomorrow
