I, too, have always loved hats.  I don't think I've ever heard of a  
Tilley hat before, though I think I've seen them.  I love the one you  
have chosen.  And I have a husband who is kind of like yours in that  
he will only let me wear hats when he isn't around or on a fishing  
boat.  I have several in the closet, and I do wear one every once in  
a while.  I even kept one of my dad's just to say I have it.  ;^)
