If you are not getting satisfaction from your OB you need to present to the
ER.  I don't know really how things work over there but over here you go to
ER and yes wait possibly forever but at least they have to take notice of
you.  We would then schedule an Ultrasound Scan USS to determine if there is
any products of conception remaining if yes then D&C would be planned and
done if no home with paracetamol and appointment for the OB in 6 weeks.
Sooo if the pain is excruciating go to the ER.
