[tri-wings] the balloon photos

I work with special needs kids, and I know how hard it can be. And I  also know 
how rewarding it can be. I look at those pictures and I  think, how come they 
got to keep their kids for so long? Sometimes it  just feels overwhelmingly 
unfair.
