I was thinking the same thing, very quiet here lately.  I have been soooo
busy, we are having a huge issue with our landlord and his ability to fix
things, which he hasn't done so we had to withhold our rent and call the
Borough.  What a hassle, phone calls all day long.  But I think everthing is
going to work out (he came over tonight to do some little things). 

Hello to all the new members I haven't said hello to yet and another hello
toall my "old" friends!! LOL
